- A Dumpling Revolution — I couldn't agree more with this post. We went to Pei Wei (an Americanized Chinese food restaurant franchise in this part of the country) and I ordered the “potstickers” for the first time. Out came this deep-fried thing that was about 90% fried dough and about 2% meat. The rest of it was grease. Ew.
