Smithsonian APA is collaborating with Flickr to create a photo and video project that captures the diversity of AAPI life. Between 12AM and 11:59PM May 10th, AAPI are invited to take photos and/or video that represent the richness of their lives and post them to Flickr. Top picks will then be displayed in a digital exhibit hosted by the Smithsonian APA Center, starting on May 26th. - May 10: Wikipiedia edit-a-thon by Smithsonian APA

A night of music and conversation about art and Asian American activism. The gallery will show work by acclaimed artist Ai Weiwei. Concert series includes: 5pm Taiyo Na and Magnetic North, at 7pm, DJ Samson, and at 9pm, the incredible Jean Grae.
